Girls not accompanied by Parent

We need the form dropped off to Julie, Amy or Yvette. We can’t take girls without a form. See post for PDF. The total that will be deducted from your cookie proceeds is $36 (lunch) + $6 (tip) = $42. 

We highly recommend you send your daughter with some spending money. Research http://www.americangirl.com. Outfits range from $16 on up. Give an envelope to the leader with details.

The car list is posted below. Originally, we not going to coordinate transportation, but several girls couldn’t attend if they didn’t have a ride. Coordinating an event and transportation is time-consuming and is a logistically challenge. Thank goodness, we have some leaders with large vehicles and that are willing to drive downtown.

Your daughter will need to by the driver’s house at 12:30 and cars will be leaving at 12:45. If you are late, you will need to find your own transportation. There is a concert and a fest going on this weekend and construction on the expressway. We need at the restaurant by 2:00 to 2:15. 

Girls Accompanied by Parent

We need the form and the adult payment by Thursday. $26 (lunch) + $5 (tip) = $31. Drop off to Julie, Amy or Yvette.

Train/Car

If you are driving please post if you would like to share the ride. It cuts down on parking expenses.  If you are taking the train down please post what time you are trekking down and the station.
