Make a Plate Fundraiser/Raffle for Camps or Overnights

The Highroads Service Unit is coordinating a Make a Plate Fundraiser. The profits of this fundraiser will go to Summer Camping. We hope that all girls in our Service Unit get
an opportunity to camp. Unfortunately, the cost of camping prohibits some girls for attending. Council does have Financial Assistance, but it doesn't cover the entire cost of the camp experience.

Any girl that participates in the the fundraiser will entered in a drawing to win a giftcard that they could spend on a summer camping program or another program offered through the council. The more plates they order the more chances they have to win! We won't know the value of the raffle until all orders are collected.

The items range from $14 to $18 dollars.

Camp Cost can range from $100 to $300+ dollar. Please look at the 2018 Summer Camp Guide for details. The Gift Card could also be used for any of the over overnight experiences that Council offers
Deposit rates are $40 for 3-6-day programs or $100 for programs longer than 6 days. Deposits are non-refundable.

Deadlines
Forms and Money Due by Friday, March 23rd. This would make a great Mother's Day Gift!

Below are PDFs. If you need something printed out please contact Yvette Jania.
